The content of the contest：Collect clip arts to display in ClipArt-AC.
Prize： First prize $300 plus download bonus *1
Second prize: $100 plus download bonus *1
Third prize: $50 plus download bonus *1
Term of the contest：from October1,2009 to November30,2009.
How to win：get the highest download numbers from the visitors. *2
Term of aggregating：from December1,2009 to December31,2009.
How to entry：Free registration and upload the clip art.
Size of clip art：within 8MB
[JPEG data]the resolution 72dpi, RGB mode, W1600px ×H1200px(recommend)
[ERS data]it means vector data. In the case of embedded picture and it is not possible to edit, we might delete your clip art.
Only upload with JPEG form is available.
Qualification of the entry：Person who is registering user in English version ClipArt-AC.
About copyright and trademark：Copyright of uploaded all clip arts belong to Clip art-AC. And the clip art which someone’s else already has copyright and trademark does not be allowed to upload. *3

*1.Download bonus means each uploaded clip arts will be counted total download numbers and the total downloaded number will be exchanged into bonus. One download number is the equivalent of one yen. The term of counted download is subject to only during contest. In case of injustice such as programming download is exposed, the clip art will be ineligible for the contest. The total prize is maximum $1,000. Download numbers exceed total prize amount will be ineligible. Download bonus is subject to only the first prize through 3rd prize *2.There is no limitation of entries numbers though, each clip art's download number is counted separately. In case of multiple entries, the aggregation is subject during the contest term, it’s not the total sum of download numbers.
*3.We do not allowed a portrait of celebrity, a parody of well-known character and a clip art included trademark.

To protect false download and an injustice by robot, for the contest, we do not use"downloaded numbers of this clip art" indicated by each clip art page.
The download number by each clip art and in the ranking page make only rough estimate. We priory inform that the contest downloaded number is less than them.
In the case that one particular person intend to download repeatedly, it will not reflect aggregating of the contest.
Indicated download number each page is the total number of both sites Japanese and English.The subject of the dowunload numbes is from English site of ClipArt-AC. We priority notify that it might be different form indicated download numbers.
