You do not need registration when you download. Also, no limited the number of clipart, as you need, you can download.

I would like to download clipart, what should I do at the first?

What is the difference between JPEG and EPS?

JPEG is a commonly used method of compression for photographic images. In ClipArt-AC, EPS in used such as Adobe illustrator, the image can be changed by editing screen objects.

Do you have recommended any browser?

We recommend for window users: Internet Explorer above 7, for Mac users: fire Fox above3 to keep comfortable use.

About free clipart download: I found my favorite clipart. How to download it?

You click either “JPEG download” or “EPS download” and then start download.

What is the difference between gray button and blue button in detail Page with clipart?

The blue button is available to download, the gray button is not available to download. JPEG data is always available to download, in EPS data, some clipart is not possible to download.

When I download, it still have watermark.

When you saved on the clipart by using right click of the mouse, you still see the watermark. You have to click the button either “JPEG download” or “EPS download.”

I cannot find my downloaded clipart.

Every personal computer has the difference place to save the downloaded data. So, you need to make sure the setting of your browser.

I cannot open the downloaded file.

The downloaded file is zip format (one of the format of compressed memory.) So, you need to unfreeze.
If you do not have unfreeze soft ware, you need the soft ware to install.

I find my favorite clipart, can I install both data of JPEG and EPS?

Of course, you can download the both and you use either data which you fit your purpose.

Can I change size or color of the downloaded clipart?

It is no limitation to any change, you can cut or change any color as you prefer.

I would like to use a clipart. What is about” It is OK for commercial use”?

You can use it as DM(direct mail) or WEB site in your company or shop. However, it is prohibited that intend to make a profit or make a commercial product.

When use a clipart, do I need link?

When you use a clipart, there is no need to link or indicate copyright.

When I downloaded, it was appeared, as a picture not vector data.

When you see only picture data, please report by clicking “ Report against copyright or deficient data.”And attach explanation.

In the profile page of every illustrator, there is a button “I want to discuss and estimate a job with the illustrator.” It will be send directly to her or him. Make sure you contact to a right person.

I send “I would like to discuss and estimate a job with the illustrator,” but I cannot get any response.

I want to re-distribute the clipart in the Clipart-AC without compensation (or with compensation.) Is it possible, if the illustrator agrees it?

We do not allow to re-distribute any clipart in Clipart-AC with or without compensation. You need to ask a job to the illustrator as “a new clipart job.” (To see agreement of use)
A illustrator who thinks to register: I think to release a clipart, but have to be a professional?

No, it is not have to be neither a professional, nor an armature, nor ages, nor gender. Anybody is possible to register, a person who draw a picture as hobby, a student who study picture or even a professional.

Is it possible to release a handwriting clipart?

Yes, it is no problem to release a handwriting clipart. In the case, it is better for downloaded use, we recommend to do scanning, not photography.

Is it possible to release only JPEG?

Yes, it is no problem. Please release your clipart.

Is it possible to release only EPS?

No, it is essential to release JEPEG and additionally you can release EPS.
A illustrator who release at the first time: I would like to release a clipart, what should I do?

At the first, “Register as a member”

I send a member registration. Next, what should I do.

When successfully send “Register as a member,” the automatic mail is send to your registered your mail address from Clipart-AC.
In the mail you got, there is URL address, then you access, and you complete a registration.

I send “Register as amember,” but I cannot get a mail form Clipart-AC

I you set up unwanted mail folder, the mail from clipart-AC go into the unwanted folder, it mostly occurred, if you use free mail function. You need to check in the unwanted folder.

When I open the authorization page, it indicates as “Authorization NG.”

The authorization page completes, when you access one time. From the second time access, it indicates as “ Authorization NG.” It’s already authorized status, you can log in with registered ID and password.

I cannot log in with registered ID and password.

Make sure to use single-byte characters, not use double-width characters. ※Do not use ID and password with double-width characters.
A illustrator who release a clipart.: How many times I tried I cannot upload my clipart.

Upload clipart is limited 8MB, make sure under the memory size.

I upload my clipart, but cannot be indicated

In release clipart page, check “ Display,” otherwise, it will not be released. Also, it is essential to upload JPEG, it will not be released, if you upload only EPS.

Once I release, I it possible to change?

After you log in from ”Operate my clipart,” click “Edit.” You can change the keyword or overwrite the file.

I re-upload my released clipart, do not be changed thumbnail and downloaded data

Change re-upload data does not reflect immediately, it will be changed within 24 hours.
Please do understand it.

I released the same clipart twice time, what can I do?

Released more than two cliparts, in Clipart-AC, manage only to be release one clipart, however, if you notice it, after log in, you can delete it in “Operate my clipart”

Dislike comment in my released clipart, can I erase?

You can send your clipart URL and the comment form the inquiry form.
We (Clipart-AC) make sure the content and deal with it.

I am asked from someone who wants to re-distribute my released clipart with (or without compensation.) What should I do?

We do not allow to re-distribute any clipart in Clipart-AC with or without compensation.
You need to ask a job to the illustrator as “a new clipart job.”
(To see agreement of use) Still further, the person does not understand, we (Clipart-AC )consult with you in order to deal with it.

I would like to quit a member. What can I do?

You can request from inquiry form. We (Clipart-AC) make sure and later, respond it.
