You use all clip arts either JPEG or ERS (hereinafter called clipart) which we distribute with free of charge  in this site(http://www.ac-clipart.com/) based on this terms of use. This terms of use make an agreement between the person or the incorporated party (hereinafter called user) who download clipart and Ad achieve, clipart-AC (hereinafter called Clipart-AC), it has legal binding force.  In a moment, you click the download button, it means you agree with this terms of use. 

If you do not agree with these terms you should leave this clipart-AC website immediately, not use the files herein, and/or not

subscribe to this service.  The copyright of all cliparts in this web site belong to clipart-AC.  We prohibit any act of  “prohibited tems” 

<Contribute clipart>
The contributor or contest participator grant the copyright (article 27 and 28 of copyright law) to clipart-AC.  And do not insist author personal right, including entry as a group such as school or educational institution.
The contributor or contest participator whose clipart ensure clipart-AC that not violate a third person’s intellectual property right or portrait right.

In the case that the contributor or contest participator gets a claim of violation against third person’s intellectual property right or portrait right from a third person, or been brought into a case, the contributor or contest participator immediately notify clipart-AC. 
In the case that occur a conflict between the contributor or contest participator related to third person’s intellectual property right or portrait right, the contributor or contest participator assume himself/herself responsibility and solve himself/herself the problem.  It does not cause any trouble to ClipArt-AC.  Additionally, in the case, clipart-AC gets any damage or loss, the contributor or contest participator immediately compensates the damage or loss.

<Consent for use>
Clipart-AC content use with/without edit, within “prohibited tems “, personal use, offer to the clients, educational use, flyer, pamphlet, web page, image, game or a element of software.  It’s used with/without profit.
In principle, no agreement, no indicate name of clipart-AC or other creditable name.
We reserve the right to change the terms of use policy at any time. we will notify you by prominently posting a notice of such changes here or on our home page. We encourage you to review this terms whenever you visit clipart-AC.

<Prohibited tems>
We prohibit the use of clipart the following except make a special license with CipAt-AC.

use ClipArt-AC content in any downloadable format intended for multiple distribution including web site templates, digital scrapbooking kits, software products, e-greetings, digitized embroidery files, electronic games etc.

Authorize any third party to use the ClipArt-AC content for any purpose, or resell, license or otherwise make the ClipART-AC content available for use or distribution separately or detached from your business or web page.

use ClipArt-AC content as a part of any trademark
use ClipArt-AC content 'un-edited' in any commercial project or product.

Under any circumstances, use ClipArt-AC content in connection with any pornographic, obscene, immoral, or illegal materials;

If any user breaks one of these terms, ClipArt-AC terminate this agreement without any notification, after that, the user is omitted to use this site.

Clipart-ac does not represent or warrant that the content or functions contained in the site will be free from errors, interruptions, omissions, defects, viruses, or other damaging elements, or that iclipart will correct any errors, omissions, or defects. you assume the cost of service, repairs, or corrections to your hardware, software, or other equipment.
